Monthly subscriptions to Company OS (SME Starter, Company OS Pro, Enterprise Middleware) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time with zero cancellation penalties. Your access will remain active until the end of your paid billing period, with no subsequent charges.

Annual plans come with a 14-day full satisfaction guarantee. If you decide Company OS is not the right fit for your organization within 14 days of your initial annual activation, contact our billing team for a 100% full refund.
